At Exeter Synagogue, we believe that Jewish learning is a lifelong journey. Our adult education programme provides a welcoming space for members and friends of the community to explore Jewish texts, traditions, history and practice, whatever their background or level of experience.

YAEL ROBERTS

Yael Roberts is a Jewish educator, artist, and community builder. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Creative and Critical Practice at Sussex University, where she has received the Morris & Bessie Emanuel Scholarship in Modern Jewish History and Culture. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she has lived in the UK for over a decade. She has taught across the UK at Limmud UK and Azara Yeshiva, and has worked for Alyth Synagogue, Westminster Synagogues, and Reform Judaism. When she has free time she enjoys baking her own vegan challah and cycling around London.
